Energy Recovery operates the Harford County Resource Recovery Facility located just
north of Baltimore Maryland on interstate 95.

Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority the facility
has been in operation since 1988 and has processed over 2 million tons of solid
waste. The energy captured from the process has created over 8 billion pounds of
steam, equivalent to over 1 million barrels of oil. The steam is delivered to the
adjacent Aberdeen Proving Ground where it is used by the US Army in support of its
national security mission.

The employees of Energy Recovery were recently recognized for their superior safety
and health management system by being accepted into
SHARP - Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program.
