Material is weighed upon arrival by a certified scale. Each vehicle is staged for unloading shortly after arrival. Palletized material being off-loaded using a telescoping forklift. Material is fed in to each furnace by a hydraulic ram.
Plastics, adhesives, tapes and small metal items are no problem for our process. Each of our four furnaces operates in excess of 1600 degrees. The Harford County Resource Recovery Facility employs state of the art emmission control equipment, insuring the production of "Green Energy".
